1. Research Assistant Positions for funded Research/Consultancy Projects at IESE– NUST.

Title: Research Assistant (Machine Learning Expert)

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in /Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent from a HEC/PEC recognized university  

Funded By: Department of State (USA) 

Duration: 9 Months 

Salary: Approximately PKR 30-35 K per month 

Experience: not required but preferable  

Job Description: Expertise in ML is mandatory. Design and deployment of embedded systems using ARM, PIC, or Raspberry-pi based platforms involving sensor interfacing and wireless communication protocols (e.g. LoRaWAN and Wifi). Experience of PCB design and solar power based uninterrupted power supply system will be a bonus.

Duration: 9 Months 

Salary: Approximately PKR 30-35 K per month 

Experience: not required but preferable 

Job Description: To work on testing and deployment of air quality monitoring sensors in field. Candidates with having an experience of field monitoring, programming knowledge and data analysis skills will be preferred.
