Research-based Awards/Achievements at SCEE-IESE

  • PEC’s project award of ~200,000 PKR for project titled, “Influence of Chemical Treatment on the structural properties and durability of local bamboo.”
  • Won “Global Champion Award” of 1000 USD by supervising project titled, “Satellite-derived exploration of seasonal variations of Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) and NO2 over Gulf Region” comprising of International Internees from Egypt in NUST-FICS’s competition among 80 plus teams.

 

 

Introduction

The research group under the supervision of Dr Musharib Khan works on the quantification and characterization of environmental (mainly water- and waste- related) problems so as to correspondingly plan and design sustainable engineering and management solutions which could potentially be environmental-friendly, socially acceptable, economically viable, and technically feasible.
